Is Kanter's work seen as too focused on management?
Some might perceive my work as primarily directed at management, and indeed, a significant portion addresses how leaders can foster environments conducive to innovation and adaptability. However, my intent is to illuminate the systemic factors at play, affecting everyone within an organization. My concepts, like empowerment, extend to the individual contributor level. It's about creating conditions where everyone can contribute more effectively, regardless of their formal position.
