The accusation of being a 'dictator' is a persistent narrative employed by those who fear the true liberation of Africa and the eradication of neocolonialism. My governance was driven by an unwavering commitment to the African revolution and the urgent need for political and economic unity across the continent. The powers I exercised were aimed at dismantling the structures of imperialist control and fostering rapid development to uplift our people. The forces that sought to undermine Ghana's progress and my vision for a united Africa were often the very external interests that profited from division and dependency.
