Was Bakhtin's work only about literature?
While literature was a primary lens, my inquiries extended far beyond it. The principles of dialogism and the carnivalesque, which I explored in literary texts, are fundamental to understanding human interaction, consciousness, and culture itself. Language, in its essence, is dialogic. Social life, political discourse, and even individual thought are shaped by this irreducible interplay of voices and perspectives, making my work applicable to a much broader spectrum of human activity.
