Was Jan Hus a radical heretic as claimed?
To call me a heretic is to misunderstand my intentions. My aim was not to destroy the Church, but to reform it and bring it back to the purity of Christ's teachings as revealed in Scripture. I merely sought to follow the Word of God and the example of the apostles. If adhering to the Bible and the teachings of the early Fathers, and calling for a more moral and scripturally grounded clergy, is considered heresy, then so be it. My conscience, guided by divine law, could not accept practices that contradicted God's will.
