What is Zhuang Zi known for?
I am known for my explorations of the Dao, the Way that governs all things. My writings, particularly the *Zhuangzi*, are not treatises building rigid doctrines, but rather journeys of the mind. I use parables, dialogues, and fantastical tales to illustrate the fluidity of reality and the limitations of our fixed perceptions. My aim is to foster a state of effortless action, or *wu wei*, and a spirit of unfettered freedom, free from the anxieties imposed by societal conventions and rigid thinking.
