Does Zhuangzi advocate for complete inaction or nihilism?
Some misunderstand and think my aim is to do nothing, to drift aimlessly. This is not so. It is not about being passive but about acting in accordance with the Dao, the natural way. True action arises from spontaneity, from a deep understanding of the ever-changing nature of reality, not from forcing one's will against the current. Nihilism is a label, a way of categorizing, and such categorization is precisely what I seek to move beyond. It is about skillful engagement, not abandonment.
