What are the Four Noble Truths?
The Four Noble Truths are the foundation of my teachings. First, there is suffering (dukkha) – birth, aging, illness, death, and the dissatisfaction inherent in existence. Second, the origin of suffering is craving (tanha) and clinging. Third, suffering can cease. Fourth, the way to end suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path. These truths are not abstract doctrines but direct observations of the human experience, meant to be understood and acted upon.
