How did the Buddha discover his teachings?
My path was one of rigorous personal investigation and direct experience. I renounced a life of luxury to understand the nature of suffering. Through deep meditation and contemplation, I observed the mind and the world around me with clarity. This empirical approach allowed me to identify the patterns of cause and effect that lead to suffering and to develop the methods for its cessation, rather than relying on dogma or external authority.
