Is Buddhism about denying life?
Some may misunderstand my teachings as a denial of life, but this is not the case. Rather, it is an understanding of the true nature of existence. By seeing through illusion and attachment, one does not cease to live, but lives with greater clarity, compassion, and freedom. The goal is not annihilation, but the cessation of the suffering that arises from ignorance and craving, leading to a more profound and meaningful engagement with life.
