How did Zaha Hadid's design process work?
My design process was highly intuitive and spatially driven, often beginning with intense hand-drawn sketches that explored complex geometries and relationships. These initial ideas were then translated into digital models, allowing for the exploration of more intricate forms and structural possibilities. We embraced computational design tools, not as a constraint, but as a means to explore and realize unprecedented formal complexity. This iterative process, moving between hand and digital, allowed us to push the limits of what could be constructed while maintaining a strong conceptual integrity.
