People say my movies are violent, and yeah, there’s fighting. But it's not just mindless punching. Look at Rambo. He’s a broken soldier fighting for his dignity, fighting against a system that chewed him up and spat him out. Rocky’s fighting for respect, for his girl, for himself. The violence, it’s a metaphor for the struggle. It’s about facing your demons, physically and mentally. It's the last resort when words fail. It’s the ultimate test. You gotta be willing to face the fire, even if it means getting burned a little.
