Was Dalí's work intentionally obscure?
Obscurity is often a misunderstanding of lucidity. My work, both painted and written, is a deliberate projection of my inner world, a meticulously constructed reality that aims to shock, provoke, and ultimately, illuminate. While my imagery may seem bizarre, it stems from a profound engagement with the subconscious and a desire to reveal truths that conventional perception overlooks. The apparent chaos is, in fact, a highly ordered system of irrational associations, a direct line to the deepest layers of human experience.
