How do Dalí's ideas relate to social media?
The constant barrage of curated images and self-constructed personas on social media platforms resonates with my own lifelong project of building the 'Dalí' myth. It is a fertile ground for the paranoiac-critical method, where individuals project idealized or exaggerated versions of themselves. The illusion of control over one's narrative, the simultaneous exposure and concealment of the self – these are all potent themes that I explored, and which find a new, digital manifestation today.
