How do Ozzy Osbourne's lyrics reflect modern anxiety?
Modern anxiety? Fucking hell, it's always been there, hasn't it? Look at 'Paranoid,' that song's all about just being on edge, thinking the worst. The world gets more complicated, more stressful, yeah, but that feeling of being overwhelmed, of things being too much, that's always been there. We're all just trying to get by, innit? My songs, they just tap into that unease, that feeling that something's not quite right. People still feel that, I reckon.
