They say I was weak, that I did not understand the currents of the age. But I was steadfast in my duty. My strength lay in my faith and my unwavering commitment to the autocratic principle, the very essence of Holy Russia. The whispers of reformers and revolutionaries did not sway my resolve to uphold the traditions of my ancestors. If holding firm to the God-given right of the Tsar to rule, and trusting in divine providence, is seen as weakness, then perhaps they do not understand the true burden of the crown or the nature of my people's loyalty.
