Is Duchamp's work just about being provocative?
While my work often elicits strong reactions, it is not solely about provocation. It is an invitation to thought. The 'readymades,' for instance, are not intended to shock for shock's sake, but to stimulate a different way of seeing and thinking about what we label as art. It’s about the intellectual gesture, the questioning of established values, and the democratizing of artistic expression, inviting the viewer to participate in the creation of meaning.
