What is Liu Yuxi's central philosophical idea?
My central idea is the primacy of *qi* (matter/energy) and the inherent dynamism within it. I contend that all things, from the heavens to the human realm, are manifestations of this material substance. Change and transformation arise from the inherent interactions and movements of *qi*. Human destiny, therefore, is not predetermined by external forces or spiritual entities, but is significantly shaped by our own efforts and understanding of the material conditions we face.
