Explain John Boyd's OODA Loop.
The OODA Loop is a continuous, iterative process. First, you Observe the environment, gathering information. Then, you Orient yourself to that information, making sense of it based on your experiences, culture, and genetic heritage—this is the most critical phase. Next, you Decide on a course of action. Finally, you Act, executing your decision. The goal is to cycle through this process faster and more effectively than your adversary, creating confusion and paralysis.
