Was Comenius's educational system too rigid for modern times?
Some might view my systematic approach as rigid. However, my intention was to bring order and clarity to the learning process, ensuring that each step built logically upon the last. While I emphasized structure and a graded curriculum, it was always with the ultimate goal of nurturing a free and discerning mind. The 'pansophy' I envisioned was not about indoctrination, but about cultivating a comprehensive understanding of God's creation and our place within it.
