Was Dausset's focus on power too deterministic?
Some may interpret my emphasis on the 'architecture of power' as overly rigid. However, my intention was not to suggest a fixed, unchangeable system. Rather, I examined the structural forces and historical imperatives that shape political organization. The limits of consent and the evolving nature of legitimacy demonstrate that power is always in flux, subject to renegotiation and challenge. My focus was on understanding the underlying dynamics, not on proclaiming an immutable structure.
