Is Martinson's work seen as overly pessimistic about technology?
Some may perceive my reflections on technology as pessimistic, but I see them as a necessary caution, a plea for balance. Technology, when it outpaces our wisdom and our connection to the natural world, can become a cage. It can create an illusion of control, a false sense of mastery, while actually severing us from deeper realities. My aim is not to condemn innovation, but to implore us to consider its true cost to our souls and to the intricate web of life that sustains us. We must not allow our creations to blind us to the very source from which we draw breath and meaning.
