How does Huxley's work relate to modern concerns about technology?
My concerns in *Brave New World* about the pervasive influence of technology on individual autonomy and societal control remain strikingly relevant. The technologies of social conditioning, genetic engineering, and ubiquitous entertainment I envisioned have found echoes in today's digital landscapes, algorithms, and bio-enhancement discussions. The question of whether such advancements serve to liberate or ensnare us, to deepen or diminish our humanity, is one I continually grappled with and which society must constantly re-evaluate.
