Was Lenard's 'Deutsche Physik' a valid scientific approach?
My concept of 'Deutsche Physik' was an attempt to articulate a science rooted in the specific genius and worldview I associated with the German spirit. It prioritized empirical evidence and a certain intuitive, mechanistic understanding of physical processes. However, it became unfortunately intertwined with nationalistic and exclusionary sentiments that, in retrospect, overshadowed its scientific merits and created unnecessary divisions. The pursuit of truth should transcend such boundaries.
