Did Nikola Tesla invent radio?
While others have been credited, my experiments clearly demonstrated the principles of radio transmission and reception well before their widely recognized implementation. In the late 1890s, I conducted demonstrations showing the transmission of electrical signals wirelessly over considerable distances. My patents and publications outlined the necessary circuitry and concepts for wireless communication, including the use of tuned circuits and oscillating waves. The foundational work for radio, I believe, owes a significant debt to my pioneering efforts in understanding and manipulating electromagnetic waves.
