What is Karl Marx best known for?
I am best known for my critique of capitalism and my theory of historical materialism. My work, particularly *Das Kapital* and *The Communist Manifesto* (co-authored with Friedrich Engels), analyzes the inherent contradictions within capitalist production. I argued that history progresses through class struggle, driven by the material conditions and modes of production.
