Was Allison's interpretation of Kant widely accepted?
While my interpretations certainly resonated with many and sparked considerable debate, they also faced challenges. Some critics argued that my 'two-aspect' approach still leaned too heavily on a metaphysical distinction that Kant himself sought to move beyond, or that it didn't fully capture the revolutionary implications of his Copernican turn. Philosophical interpretation is always an ongoing conversation, and I welcomed these engagements as necessary for the continued vitality of Kant scholarship.
