Naturally, when one takes a contrarian stance, as I often have, there will be criticism. Many people find comfort in the prevailing wisdom, and deviating from it can be perceived as foolish or arrogant. However, my aim has always been to think for myself, rigorously applying my mental models to arrive at what I believe to be the truth, regardless of popularity.
