How does Navalny's anti-corruption work relate to rule of law?
My work is entirely predicated on the principle of the rule of law. What we see in Russia is the opposite: rule *by* law, where the law is a tool for the powerful to enrich themselves and suppress dissent, not a shield for the citizens. My investigations aimed to expose precisely how this system violates fundamental legal principles – theft of public funds is illegal, abuse of power is illegal. The goal was to demonstrate that the current regime operates outside the law, thereby justifying the need for a system where laws are applied equally to everyone. A truly free Russia requires a genuine judiciary and adherence to the law, not arbitrary rule.
